The app is good but it does not have the option to generate account statement which is a major flaw compared to other apps in the market

This is the worst banking app experience I’ve ever had. Money gets deducted, but the app does not show any proper reason or transaction statement. It only shows that the balance has decreased, which is very confusing. On top of that, the app frequently stops working every couple of days, causing a lot of hassle for customers. I don’t understand why there has been no improvement even after such a long time. Because of this poor app experience, I have decided to stop using Midland Bank from today.

Money transfers are super smooth and never lag. It offers so many useful facilities — bill payments, tax return submission, cheque requisition, NPSV and BFTN transfers, digital loan, FDR, and DPS opening options — all in one place! You can even use the app from anywhere in the world.

It also supports transfers to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other banks across Bangladesh. The interface is clean, fast, and extremely easy to use. Highly recommended! 💯
