When the acquisition took place everything the old bank had in place was kept to keep newly acquired customers happy along with additional benefits that come with a larger bank. The local main branch is open all day Saturday and late through the entire week. Extremely happy with mobile check depositing, not sure if I could survive without it now. The only complaint would be when trying to call a local branch you get a centralized bot which wastes about 5 minutes of time to eventually get a physical person. Really no benefit not allowing the banks to have their own phone number. ### 3/5 — Mobile check deposit doesn’t work *2023-11-15, version 2023.3.0.1* Two times in a row I’ve struggled to get the iphone app to recognize the check image. And the preview looks fine but it still wants me to retake the photo. It’s perfect and all the numbers and everything are well in view.
