Policía Nacional makes a free mobile application available to you; this app supplements your Spanish National Identity Card. You can be identified with this in person and can be used as a physical document. This is the only official and legally supported app The app includes a verifier to check the authenticity of the MiDNI credentials of citizens. You must complete the Registration process before using this app, by linking your mobile phone line to your identity. You can do so using the certificates of your electronic DNI through the website https://www.midni.gob.es, at the document updating points located in police stations and other premises or when renewing your DNI at the Policía Nacional Document Units. This app cannot be used to prove your identity without a data connection, to produce it as a travel document at border crossings, or to prove identity in other countries. It will also be unavailable for carrying out online authentication transactions or electronic signature procedures. This app requests identity data whenever it is used as these are not store on the device. Neither verification nor geolocation on data is recorded. Si me robaran el móvil y no estuviera bloqueado acceden a todos mis datos con solo pulsar el icono de la app. 🤦🏽‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Si es público, no funciona *2025-07-31, version 1.0.1* Tener el DNI en el móvil era algo demasiado bonito como para ser verdad. Pero no hay que preocuparse, porque como buen servicio público español, ahí está el sistema poniéndote la zancadilla. Tener que ir presencialmente a la policía a activar esto es simplemente vergonzoso. ### 1/5 — No puedo ver mi DNI *2025-05-06, version 1.0.0* Cuando le doy en el botón de ver mi DNI me sale que no ha sido posible ver mis datos que lo intente unos segundos después y lo sigo intentando y nada que aparece solo sale mi foto del DNI ### 1/5 — SOLUCIÓN INTENTAR TRAS UNOS SEGUNDOS *2025-04-27, version 1.0.0* Si tienes la app instalada y el DNI activado y todo correcto pero al darle en ver midni no va y sale un mensaje de probar tras unos segundos etc CAMBIA FORMATO HORA A 24h en vez de am/pm y se soluciona todo. ### 1/5 — Sin sentido *2025-04-11, version 1.0.0* Introduces el n° de DNI y de soporte y te dice error ### 1/5 — Registrado y no funciona *2025-04-10, version 1.0.0* Hoy he ido a una comisaría a “registrar” mi DNI y tras meter todos los datos e ir a probarlo me salta un error que me dice “No ha sido posible obtener tus datos” mi gozo en un pozo. ### 1/5 — Después del registro y activación no funciona *2025-04-07, version 1.0.0* He realizado el registro y posterior a ello la activación, recibiendo el código por sms, aparentemente va bien hasta que intento ver mi DNI en la App y dice que no es posible obtener mis datos, que intente nuevamente. He intentado varias veces y parece no funcionar. ### 1/5 — Desarrollador estás ahí? *2025-04-04, version 1.0.0* Al equipo de desarrollo detrás de esta app: Muy buena interfaz y con un lenguaje fácil de entender. El problema llega cuando tienes que registrarte y te da dos opciones, la primera ir personalmente a la policía, la segunda poder hacerlo cómodamente desde casa, con un certificado digital? NO, con un lector de DNI, me compro un lector y estoy una hora para instalarlo, la sorpresa llega cuando te pide el PIN del DNI, ¿donde se consigue el PIN? EN LA POLICÍA! No tiene ningún sentido la forma de registro, en serio nadie lo ha pensado? ### 1/5 — No tiene sentido *2025-04-02, version 1.0.0* No tiene sentido que solicitéis el DNI con certificado válido cuando es más sencillo validar con el certificado digital que la mayoría de gente tiene instalado en su teléfono u ordenador, hasta que eso no se modifique la mayoría de gente no lo tendrá como es mi caso al estar caducado el certificado del DNI .
