Just goes to black screen and goes off BOO to game developers. Can’t carry on the game I’ve played for years. When I contacted Big Fish Games I was told they do not provide support to mobile devices, only PC and Mac. My wife had this happen a couple of years ago and all she has to do was provide her ID number and they were able to get her back to where she was. I did that but was told they do not provide support to mobile devices. Why would they provide an app to play the game on my Apple iPhone and then not provide any support??? My guess is that it will be discontinued soon, but who knows, right? I started a new game recently on my iPhone, but with the growing difficulty of old age, I had to give it up. Although I’m still playing on iPad, I’m not very hopeful Apple will continue to support it. It’s a shame because it was an intriguing game for quite a while. In the last two or three years, the game hasn’t progressed like before, and I’m losing interest. I would love to see someone take ownership of it. Maybe they could turn it into something worth playing.
