The same person wins over and over with scores that, statistically, are achievable only a fraction of the time. Plus, regardless of your score, itll eait until the clock is almost done before they enter and magically score over 7k. There’s no point to entering them. Overall I’ve lost money, but hey that’s the joy of playing the lottery. One is “offline” the explanation I received from support was that they ran out of that ticket and they’re waiting for some more tomorrow. Why sell them if you don’t have them to sell🤔 the second ticket, which I simply paid $30 for I still haven’t scratch and it’s been over 11 hours since I purchased it. The app isn’t loaded up all the way so I can’t even see the ticket to scratch it if I wanted to, and the only excuse I get from support is, “be patient. It might be tomorrow that it’s available…. and it is available to scratch… BUT I CANT SEE IT!! They will charge you if you don't play and they steal any money you upload into the app never to get it back. Upload 50 bucks then decide to only play 10? They steal your remaining 40 if you want to close your account. Decide that you need a break from lotto, they steal a monthly fee from you. They respond to emails very promptly. They answer all of my good or bad. The app runs like a charm. The Mido app makes life a lot easier when I want to play any of the lottery games. They are nice. It saves me the time and effort of going to a store to buy lottery tickets. The only downside is the service fee, but when I consider the cost of gas and the time it would take to make the trip, it feels like a fair trade-off. The fee is about $2 per transaction (includes the app’s service charge and possibly PayPal’s if you use it). As for collecting winnings, the process is quick and easy. In June 2024, I won over $500 playing Fantasy 5. I had to email customer service with some details, and they transferred the money to my account shortly after. I don’t remember the exact timeframe, but it wasn’t more than a day or so. For smaller winnings ($1 or $2), I usually just use them to buy my next ticket. The app also makes it easy to keep track of your balance, which is displayed at the top of the screen. Overall, it’s a convenient way to play the lottery without the hassle of making a trip to the store.
