这个软件我是根据红果打广告看到的 广告上面说是跟着视频跟着视频学英语 结果开了会员后压根没这个模块 然后游戏板块也一直转圈圈 加载不进去 问客服也不理人 骗子软件

客服非常差，bug特别多反馈了没用

那个客服就是个摆设，反馈任何问题都没用。甚至还不如AI，就会反问客户是不是更新到了最新版，现在手机和pad都是自动更新，怎么会问这么愚蠢的问题？而且一个没有pad全屏使用这个事反馈了三次都没有！同公司的talk AI都有！效率极差，客服回复速度也远不如talk AI那那边！同一家公司，怎么差这么多！而且例句明显有逻辑错误和用法错误，这是经常出现的事！所谓的多语种学习也是噱头，里面聊天对话人物模型里只有英语，其他语种用户与AI交流，小语种自动读取为英文语种，就没办法用小语种自然流畅的对话！而且上传日志也没用！根本不进行修改！
