Hello, mobile deposit?? Everyone does this, but Not MidSouth! And like why did I log in just fine earlier today, but now when I try to log in, the app wants me to set security questions?? I’ve already done them months ago, why am I having to do them again?? Which wouldn’t be that big a deal except every time I choose two questions and type in the answers, I click “submit”, and it does nothing…ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I hit the return button on the keyboard…nothing. I restart my phone…nothing. I restart my WiFi…nothing.
