Very frustrating ### 3/5 — Was great *2024-12-18* This app was great! I used it to pay my bill, check status, track any unfortunate outages. But after iOS update 18.2 it’s stopped working all together. I uninstalled and reinstalled but unfortunately since I had auto sign in turned on the app won’t open. Problem is I can’t get the app to open long enough to turn that feature OFF!!!!! Bug fix anyone?????? I called Midsouth customer service and was advised to uninstall and reinstall again.
