I have ised the app for almost five years and all of a sudden it stopped working. Very frustrating

App keeps crashing everytime I try to view the bill history. Won’t show me nothing just kicks me off the app and I have to restart. But when I view other things, it works. Please fix the problems with this new update!

My password has an apostrophe in it but the app wont let me put one so now i cant log in.

This app was great!  I used it to pay my bill, check status, track any unfortunate outages. But after iOS update 18.2 it’s stopped working all together. I uninstalled and reinstalled but unfortunately since I had auto sign in turned on the app won’t open. Problem is I can’t get the app to open long enough to turn that feature OFF!!!!!  Bug fix anyone??????  I called Midsouth customer service and was advised to uninstall and reinstall again. Well if it didn’t work the first three times????
