Today my issue is adding account balances. Currently mine is $ 34.óó. It is that high because it never asks if i want to use credits. Today i really needed it. Tried on the website, tried on the midtown app, opened up Google Chrome app, i wish this could be addressed. I pre-ordered several items and was charged right away. It’s now been three months past the expected delivery date, and nothing has arrived. I called and emailed support over a month ago. Even though I have provided the order numbers and specific items ordered, they haven’t shipped. Their reply is “our team is currently looking into this issue. While we cannot provide specifics due to the complexity of the issue, it stems from a technical error that the team is currently patching.” They’ve been investigating and patching for over a month.
