Midway is a guide to the Minnesota State Fair. It knows where everything is, what everything sells, and how long it takes to walk there. FIND THE FOOD, NOT THE STAND Search 8,105 menu items across 274 food stands. Type "dill" and you get the dishes, nearest first, not a list of stands with the word buried in a subtitle. Browse all 36 new foods this year, with descriptions and ingredients. A MAP THAT WORKS WHEN NOTHING ELSE DOES The whole catalog is on your phone, so the map, schedule, search, and every listing keep working when the network gives up. Walking directions follow the paths that exist between the buildings rather than the roads around them. INSIDE THE BUILDINGS TOO Open the Food Building and see all 26 stands inside it, grouped by the wall they are on. Open the Grandstand and see what is on there tonight and for the rest of the fair. THE WHOLE SCHEDULE 3,843 showings across twelve days, filtered to what you came for in one tap. See what is on now, what is next, and how far away it is. A LIST THAT PLANS ITSELF Save stands, dishes, and shows as you find them. Midway groups food under its stand, lets you reorder your day, and plans the shortest walk. WHAT YOU NEED WHEN YOU NEED IT Find restrooms, drinking water, first aid, ATMs, gates, nursing rooms, shade, and phone charging. Everything is mapped and one tap from directions. HELP IMPROVE THE MAP Some vendor locations are approximate. Move a pin or report it from the place page. Confirmed corrections stay queued on your phone during bad service and upload later. Midway is independent and fan-made. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Minnesota State Fair or the Minnesota State Agricultural Society. No account. No ads. Location is optional and never leaves your phone. Your saved list stays on your device. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database License. Vendor, schedule, and event information is published by the Minnesota State Fair. ## Key features - Search 8,105 menu items - Browse 36 new foods - Offline map and directions - View full event schedule - Save favorite stands and dishes - Find essential amenities (restrooms, ATMs) - Contribute map corrections ## Recent user reviews (7 of 7) All indexed reviews: https://appshunter.io/ios/app/midway-mn-state-fair-guide/id6805688883/reviews.md ### 5/5 — The official guide! *2026-09-05* This app is great to plan your day at the fair. Makes hitting all your favorite stands a breeze with the map routing feature. Definitely better than the official state fair app! ### 5/5 — Must have *2026-09-03* Great app, very accurate! ### 5/5 — Easy to navigate! *2026-09-03* I moved out of Minnesota in 2018 and have been back to the State Fair only once since then in 2024. It’s changed a lot since then, so this app was incredibly helpful navigating the fair grounds and finding the things we wanted! ### 5/5 — Best state fair app ever! *2026-09-03* Walked to all the top foods I had in my list. ### 5/5 — My experience *2026-09-03* Really easy to navigate, and way more accurate than the other choices. ### 5/5 — Clean and easy to use *2026-09-03* This was super easy to use and very helpful to navigate to different places at the fair. ### 5/5 — Best mn state fair app *2026-09-03* If you’re looking for a certain food stall or anything this has the best gps feature. If you have spotty service at the fair like I do don’t fret! App still works wonderfully. ## Frequently asked questions about Midway ### Does Midway have ads? No, Midway is ad-free.
