I’ve tried this several times but no luck. It works on my iPhone, but not on my iPad. I find that Chase Bank has the best app. Midwest One Bank’s is poor compared to Chase. It shouldn’t be so difficult that you end up going into to your branch or calling you bank tech dept because something isn’t working correctly or it’s a blocked. I’ve spent more time going into Midwest one bank in 3 months then in over 30 years with Chase bank.
