Happened with me twice. Booked a ride a night before so that they will assign me a driver on time. Nobody showed up, had to book uber both times. And didn’t even my got my refund. I tried to talk to talk to the team, but no response. Completely ridiculous app. **Developer response:** Hi, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience. This is definitely not the kind of service we aim to provide. Just to clarify, we offer two types of bookings: • Standard Ride: depends on driver availability and may get cancelled if no driver is assigned • Guaranteed Ride: comes with confirmed booking and 2X refund if cancelled by our side That said, you should have received proper communication and support regardless of the option chosen. Please share your username or booking details, and we’ll personally look into your case, including the refund, and get this resolved as soon as possible. ### 1/5 — 🚫 ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! 🚫 *2026-03-22* I've had the misfortune of using this app (1 star, and that's being generous) multiple times, and every single experience has been a catastrophe. They've mastered the art of LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS 😡. Book a ride, wait for hours, and then BAM! 'Its cancelled'. No apology, no explanation, no nothing! Just a cold, calculated 'sorry' notification. It's like they want you to experience the thrill of being stranded, wondering if you'll make it to your destination on time (or at all 🤯). Customer service? Ha! Good luck getting through to someone who cares. Their support team is like the Bermuda Triangle – your messages and calls disappear into a void. If you value your sanity and time, AVOID this app like the plague! 🙅‍♂️ There are better options out there, folks. If a ride is ever cancelled, the full amount is always refunded immediately, but we know that a refund does not fix the inconvenience caused, especially when you are depending on the ride. We are still a growing service and in some routes driver availability is limited, but we are actively working on improving availability and reducing cancellations so rides are more reliable. I transferred money into the in-app wallet and booked a shared ride. The payment went through, but after a few minutes, the ride was cancelled without any explanation. The worst part is that I never got my money back. There’s no proper support or refund process. Be careful – this app is not trustworthy and seems to be fake.
