This app freezes, it shows a darkened blank screen (not bright like normal) and in no way lives up to what is says. After working through the blank screen issues with lots of close and open of app, I cannot even enter a manual trip as it doesn’t accept the correct content.  I have tried to request a refund, but after trying several ways, this seems like a process that cannot easily happen. So here I am, doing what I can to get a refund, please.
