Entfernung des gesuchtem Standortes ist falsch. Trotz 10 km Radius eingeschltet, kommen Angebote die teilweise 30 km entfernt des gesuchtem Standort sind. ### 3/5 — Grundsätzlich positiv, Luft nach oben ist aber vorhanden *2025-11-08* Aber leider gibt es einige Punkte, die für mich das Vertrauensverhältnis nachhaltig beschädigen. Vertrauen ist jedoch essenziell für ein Unternehmen, dass mit persönlichen Daten agiert: - kein Impressum der Immobilienanbieter - Fotos und Gebäude bei StreetView haben bei einem Anbieter nicht gestimmt - Wirklich transparent wird nicht dargestellt, was aus dem Profil geteilt wird - Fotoupload im Kontaktformular ohne Funktion - Pfeiltasten bei den Bildern fehlen manchmal Bitte prüft Anzeigen Unstimmigkeiten, sonst wird es schwer für mich euch als Nutzer meine Daten anzuvertrauen. Ansonsten aber gute App Idee, hoffentlich könnt ihr die o.g. Punkte intern thematisieren ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-10-30, version 1.13.5* Fake listings, don’t bother ### 1/5 — Tote Hose, bringt nichts *2025-07-07* Swipen nach Links oder Rechs soll einem möglichen Match mit dem Wohnungsanbieter führen. Leider passiert auch Wochen nach dem Match gar nichts und es erfolgt keine Rückmeldung? Der App Anbieter meint nichts für die Wartezeit zu können, aber da dieser die Plattform zur Verfügung stellt, ist es auch für einen reibungslosen Ablauf verantwortlich und muss für das Image seiner App, z.B. eine Mindestantwortzeit seitens der Wohnungsanbieters einführen oder diesen mit Namentlich erwähnen oder noch besser verifizieren, sonst erinnert es an tote Dating Apps wo nichts los ist. Auch die Zahlung des Abos damit die Anfrage oben beim Vermieter erscheint, brachte nichts! Der freundliche Support hätte volle Punktzahl erhalten aber für die App ist genügt ein Stern. Geholfen hat es mir nicht und nicht einmal eine Rückmeldung gehabt. Was mit meinen hochgeladenen Unterlagen passiert? ### 1/5 — Unhandlich *2025-07-07, version 1.12.1* Super unhandlich. Man kann nicht nach bestimmten Wohnungen suchen, es gibt keine Karte, und die App bugged oft. Ich finde sie extrem unhandlich und der einzige Grund weshalb ich sie nutze, ist dass manche Wohnungen anscheinend nur über Mietz beworben werden können. ### 1/5 — Review als Developer v2 *2025-06-24* Immer noch Fassungslos, ihr habt im Mai auf meiner Bewertung im November reagiert und sagtet dass die Deep Links nun gefixed sind. Das ist immer noch nicht passiert. Komplett unbenutzbar die App, wenn ich nicht auf die Wohnung kommen kann für die ihr mich bei Immoscout gecatfished habt. Das ist eure core Methode Leute in eure App zu bekommen und sie funktioniert einfach nicht. Wie wollt ihr das User generieren? **Developer response:** Hallo und danke für Ihre Rückmeldung! Unser Ziel ist es, die Wohnungssuche so einfach und effizient wie möglich zu gestalten. Ihr Feedback nehmen wir sehr ernst und arbeiten kontinuierlich daran, Funktionen wie Deep Links, Umkreissuche und QR-Codes noch klarer und stabiler umzusetzen. Vor Kurzem gab es ein App-Update, bei dem wir bereits einige dieser Punkte aufgegriffen haben.
