## What is MiEye?

MiEye measures light to help track your circadian rhythms and help you understand how you can use light to be healthier, sleep better, and feel better.

MiEye was created by circadian rhythms researchers to capture real-world light exposure patterns and the effect on each photoreceptor of the human eye (all alpha-opic illuminances). From these data, MiEye models how light impacts the circadian clock.

The MiEye app allows you to capture and process data the from your MiEye device.
