## What is Mifi?

Mifi teaches first words in a new language to children aged 3 to 8. Your child hears a word and taps the right picture. No reading needed: instructions are spoken in your child's language, and every picture talks.

LANGUAGES
• English-speaking children learn Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Indonesian, Vietnamese or Lithuanian
• Children who speak any of those languages learn English, or another one of them
• Choose the app language once, then what each child learns; switch any time and every language keeps its own progress

INSIDE
• Over 840 words with pictures and clear pronunciation
• A path through themed lands: colors, shapes and numbers, animals, home, food, seasons and the wide world
• Two levels on the same path: ages 3–5 (10 words a board, a choice of 3 pictures) and 5–8 (20 words, a choice of 4)
• An exam every few boards to lock in the hard words
• A puzzle piece for every board won
• A picture dictionary: tap a picture and listen

FOR PARENTS
• A parent area behind a simple question a toddler can't answer
• This week's progress, known words and words to review, grouped by board
• Instructions in 13 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Indonesian, Vietnamese or Lithuanian

SAFE
• No ads
• No accounts, no sign-in
• Works offline; progress stays on this device

MIFI PLUS
The first three boards are free. Mifi Plus unlocks every board and up to 5 children, each with their own progress. Monthly, yearly (with a 7-day free trial) or once for life. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel any time in your App Store account settings.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.13 — 2026-10-31

Mifi now speaks and teaches 13 languages: new are Portuguese, Turkish, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Ukrainian. Languages are now picked from a list.

### 1.0.12 — 2026-10-31

New letters mode for ages 6–8: the Abc switch on the map turns the pictures on the cards into written words, for reading practice. If a child hesitates, Mifi says the word again and then gives a picture hint. Children can also learn to read their own language.

### 1.0.11 — 2026-10-28

Fixed the French recording of "sept" (seven). Parents can now rate Mifi in the store: after a few days of play, the parent panel asks once for a rating.

### 1.0.10 — 2026-10-27

Fixed the Polish recordings of "nos", "mech" and "ul", which sounded wrong. On the Body board, younger children now learn arm and leg instead of neck and shoulder.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-10-26

Mifi now speaks English too, so English-speaking children can learn Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish or Lithuanian. Pick the app language at the start and what each child learns; every language keeps its own progress. Shorter pause in the dictionary and improved words. On a phone in a language Mifi does not have, it starts in English.
