You get the whole hospital level for free which is content packed on it's own with the right imagination skills, you get plenty of characters right off the bat, and those characters are very nice looking. ### 2/5 — Wouldn’t download again *2025-12-03, version 1.4* So I got this for my daughter and she told me half of the place’s cost money, I don’t know why you would make a kids game with everything locked behind a paywall?
