## What is Migarde?

Migarde is a personal safety companion designed to help women feel more secure when meeting someone new.
Whether it’s a first date or someone you don’t fully know yet, Migarde helps you stay connected, checked in, and supported without being intrusive or loud. It also works as a personal companion app to get out of uncomfortable or embarrassing situations.

How Migarde Works
* Create a Date Card
Save who you’re meeting, where you’re going, and optional notes or a photo.
* Timed Safety Check-ins
Start a date session and receive gentle check-ins at intervals you choose.
* Emergency Contacts on Standby
Add trusted contacts who can be alerted if something feels wrong.
* Panic Button (User-initiated)
Opens the phone’s emergency call screen and prepares an urgent message to contacts with your location and date details.
* Privacy First
When you mark yourself safe, today’s date details are automatically deleted.
* 
Built with Platform Safety Rules in Mind
Migarde does not:
* Auto-call emergency services
* Send messages silently
* Interfere with normal phone or emergency calling
All calls and messages are initiated by you, using your device’s native dialer and messaging apps.
