I’ve been wanting a warming mat and some quality seed trays for a few years. I watched Luke’s excellent video on seed trays and decided to check out the prices on his website. I was shocked at how reasonably priced everything was. I immediately added them and the warming mat to my bag. I purchased one as a Christmas gift and this company pulled off a little miracle and it arrived on Christmas Eve. It was beautifully packaged and because a “Most Productive and Beautiful,” garden challenge was thrown down, I had to order a second one today. Now we will have a head to head Homestead Collection showdown. Initially we saw the discount reflected in our cart through the app at check out but when we went to finalize our order everything was full price. I tried making a comment on the original post asking for aid and didn’t receive a reply. I tried the app help and tried calling the store (it was closed). Placed an order through the app anyway. Seeds are a great price and they have a nice selection. After placing the order the app asked to be rated. I was irritated so tried to rate it. It won’t allow me to post anything. A complete catch 22 the thing tried to waste time until my son contrived this. Bad app. Needs improvement. But it is a shopping app. Says so in description that I obviously failed to read. When i login on a different phone, my whole history and address and billing info is not available. ### 4/5 — Deleted Cart Items *2025-01-03, version 2.1* The only problem I had was that I added items to my cart over time that became sold out and these were removed from my cart when I went to check out and I’m not sure what was removed. I now have to go back and find which seeds I need to look for elsewhere… and I have a very long list (75+ items, 12 were removed). It would’ve been nice had they shown me what was removed.
