Says I am not subscribed when I am, and the game freezes up on me cause me to reinstall the game to play again. ### 2/5 — Sad User *2026-03-27, version 1.0.245* I have enjoyed this game for over 4 years. My first account was on sever NA1. I have found the gaming experience to be very immersive and worth a 5 star rating. Not all is perfect by any means. The various factions are not well balanced, but I have still been able to play the game and have fun. Recently I made a mental mistake. I want to purchase a unit and inadvertently selected the wrong unit. I had saved resources for over 6 weeks and therefore asked Customer Support if they could swap the units out. In their response they were nice but basically said not going to do it. Over the years I have spent about a $1000USD on this game, more than any other mobile game. To be said no when they have the ability is to me piss poor customer support and loyalty. So for that I give them a 0 for customer support and a 2 overall. I most definitely won’t be investing real currency. The game is so entrenched in grabbing your money it fails to provide you with enough information about event registration and other important things you will most definitely miss out on because of 100s of pay to play packs being forced down your throat ### 4/5 — Great game, but *2024-05-12, version 1.0.207* 1. A one great game. You can play your own pace and still have some fun. 😁 2. A minimum monthly payments make life much easier 🫣 3. Plenty of quests and tasks 😜 4. Daily quests take 2hrs+ to complete 😱 I had plenty of fun but it takes more and more of your time every day, this is why i’ve deleted it twice already and will probably install again, just to have a look what changed or push the main quest story a step forward. ### 1/5 — Another completely PTW *2024-05-12, version 1.0.207* There’s a lot to do with extremely slow and tedious progress, that really gets you nowhere. Over 1/2 the units are completely behind paywalls. So without spending thousands of dollars you’ll never even be able to collect most of the units, let alone compete in the end game. ### 3/5 — Umfangreiches Spiel, Kohle oder Mittelmaß *2024-05-07* Sehr vielschichtiges Spiel, viel tagtäglich abzuarbeiten. Wer allerdings ganz vorne mitspielen will, muss jede Menge Kohle investieren. Und ohne Spieletips und -Erklärungen zu googeln versteht man 1/3 des Spiels nicht. Keineswegs mehr PvP, man kämpft teilweise gegen künstliche Gegner. Zumindest in deutsch sind die Übersetzungen teils unvollständig. Ubisoft war mal bekannt für hervorragende Qualität, das ist längst vorbei. Service ebenfalls Schrott. **Developer response:** Hallo! The things I loved about it are still there: factions that influence rosters, formations, pvp tournaments, etc. Sadly, the drive to release new, more powerful, content has ruined this game in my opinion. Hero ultimate spells went from strategic targeting of key areas and moments or mild unit buffs to massively influential full battlefield spells, combined with commander and champion units that influence the entire field, and pvp combat has just become a stat check with flashy graphics obscuring the actual combat. It’s fun to play a new server for a month or two, but the longer you play the more the enticing elements of the game devolve into a race for op units and heroes while units and heroes that made the game interesting and we’re more balanced get relegated to off-battlefield stat buffing roles. ### 3/5 — Almost!!! *2024-04-07, version 1.0.204* I would absolutely spend a large amount of time and money on this if it was more like homm3!!! It actually has a lot of potential and odd kinda close. but the monsters move on their own most of the time and it makes combat boring. All this game needs is a tiny rework!!! So I can go to gather materials in the open world like a small free roam map, and the ability to control my creatures and move them strategically! Honestly if you add these things to it, this world be a homm3 revival like never before and I think I speak for a very large amount of people when I say that that’s what we want most of all in the world today. But sadly right now I’ll just go back to desperately trying to play homm3 on any ancient device…… like everyone else….. or here’s a thought, forego the costs!! Do the right thing! And upload homm3 to the App Store! I’d buy it even if it was 200$.
