I enjoyed Vanilla HS before it was taken away for that new shell of a game… But now Boombit has saved us the anguish… Some small things need to be fixed like bugs, bluntness of the UI (Spoof it up a bit) and the downright hilarious matchmaking I don’t mind the harder opponents with no cards yet but I know some new players who would hate playing tougher opponents and cards with there first deck at hand only accessible. Because all 5 lanes can attack, you can strategize around weaker minion and not get destroy by 1 minion. The 3 spell system for each champions are also very well balance. It feels like a more fast pace game because there is no taunt stall. This update introduces a lot of new features and improvements to the game, so let’s get down to business: The most important change is the new ranked season system. A ranked season will last for one month, during which players climb the ranks to compete for top spots of the ranked leaderboard. Once the season ends, the top ranking players will receive rewards, and points will be reset for the next season. Names of the top 100 players from each season will be recognized in season leaderboard! In order to make this possible, we made improvements to the ranking display, the tutorial, and the deck card info display. Other new additions include the “Share deck” option you can use to send a list of cards from a selected deck. The deck will be listed in plain text, so you can share it any way you want! We also added all of the remaining voice-overs and sound effects. The font has also received some love. We hope that the cards are easier to read now.
