It’s free. It’s cool.. *2026-05-20* It’s a synthesizer, it samples, it’s AUv3. It’s free, it’s COOOOOOL! ❤️🎹 ### 5/5 — Lush yet MIGHTY *2026-05-20* IAP are High Quality. The synth engine and FX can cut through a track mix or can be super lush. Its three layers make for seriously fun sound design, especially when importing or recording your own sounds. Combining synth and sampler sounds make this app endlessly creative. The app is free which blows my mind, because Mighty synth would be an essential purchase anyway. Furthermore, there’s a wonderful selection of scales to choose between, along with additional keyboard layouts for strumming etc. The GUI is also good for iPhone users, being visually clear, which is good for those with struggling eyesight. The developer Moby Pixel is also friendly and helpful (check out his superb youtube channel). Lastly, I’ve made 108 presets for mighty synth so I know the Mightiness of Mighty Synth. This sampler is amazing. I can add effects if I want, but mainly I can record sounds in their raw state, make them musical and add effects in my DAW later. AuV3 läuft auch gut. Der Sampler kann wenig und ist irgendwie noch entwicklungsfähig. Der Visionlizer kann weg , da wären ein paar Pads wie bei allen Audio Kits Synth besser. It has a lot of very good sounds built in and the ability to import and use SF2 and SFZ files is a real bonus. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — 100% best Sampler + Instrument on iOS *2026-06-12* First off, it’s from one of the best sample producers Moby Pixel. There are tons of samplers out there, but this is more than just a sampler. The UI is gorgeous, the app is extremely stable, it has three(3) OSC’s and a plethora of control/fx on each, plus the ability to modify all three(3) at once. It has a solid arpeggiator, the ability to stack multiple samples and create instruments which is where this really shines. I’ve made some very unique instruments specifically because the amount of parameters available on each OSC. I downloaded a couple of horror music screams, stacked them together and made an instrument. It goes from a haunting string ensemble, to uneasy groans, shimmering cry’s, and a haunting thumping reverberated portal that I can play across all of my keys. I have lots f sampler/instruments and none of them come close. Soundfont,mp3, wav, whatever you have. Also… AUV3 and FREE. Even if you think you don’t need it, I would give it a shot. You can make some really unique instruments that other apps simply just aren’t designed for. Mighty Synth was very well thought out by a mind that knows sample and how to create instruments with them. ### 5/5 — Ultimate free synth *2026-06-08* Its one thing to have a synth app with many interfaces . Its another to have ease and multi voice functionality for instance performance and its frigin free. Normally I download the app and just enjoy it but this synth really something special. It’s simple enough to still be musical on the fly but the sounds in this are rich and actually usable. Finally, a developer that’s gets it. ### 5/5 — Excellent Value Synth *2026-05-23* This synth is so impressive, not because of the cost - free to download with additional sound packs at fair prices, but because of the sounds. I have spent upwards of ten or twenty time the cost of one sound pack, and even the cost of two multiplied by the same amount, and not been as impressed. The range of tweaks to the sounds you can get is mind blowing, it also very quick to make changes or get back to the original. What totally floored me is that if you make purchases within the app say on iOS , it transfers these across to iPadOS and Mac equivalents.
