Until relatively recently, the sole issue with the app was that you can’t adjust the call flow from it, and need to log into the web. There is feature parity for everything else, so this is a bizarre omission. That issue remains, but the deal-breaker problem that seems to have started a few weeks ago is that the app logs you out after a random period of time generally on the order of a day or two. When it’s logged out there is NO indication to the user other than that you don’t get incoming calls. For an app whose entire purpose is receiving incoming calls, this makes it essentially useless. I’ve had to resort to opening it every few hours so I can log back in if it’s logged me out, which is maddening. You also occasionally get a random error about having the wrong password when trying to log in (when it must be correct because it’s auto-filled) and the only solution is to force quit the app and reopen. Seriously, MightyCall, you had a working app and now you don’t. What happened?! ### 1/5 — Always issues with the app worse the past two weeks *2026-06-24* The app has always been glitchy and has never worked seamlessly the past 3 years. I am not a fan of quite a few features that are an invasive and only the admin can control especially the voice/call recording feature but for my job I didn't get to choose the platform for a virtual business number so I am stuck using mightycall. For the past two weeks or so the app keeps signing off without being prompted to. I have to completely sign back in every morning and throughout the day and signing in is not a smooth experience either. I use the same sign in credentials and it tells me that it's incorrect. So I have to restart the app and sign in process minimum 3 times but usually more than that. For the yearly fee you guys charge you should do better. ### 3/5 — App is so sometimez *2026-02-03, version 5.96.0* I love the virtual phone system but their phone app has issues! I have had to delete the app and reinstall so many times for it to work. They will have times no issues then later it just say retry later and the only fix is to delete the application and reinstall. Even reaching out to the support that is their reply. They need to do better since it’s needed to get your calls in your phone if business. ### 1/5 — App is non functional *2025-08-19, version 5.91.0* I’ve had mighty call for several years. However, this year alone, the app has not been working. Support is almost nonexistent for the app. Constantly delete and reinstall to get this app to function properly. ### 2/5 — Frequent bugs on the app *2025-08-11* Frequently miss very important calls from clients because of the app's inability to function properly. I feel like the app has never run without error in the year I have been using it, I reach out to support every single time and they say they will look into it just for a new bug to pop up after. Phone doesn't ring one day, call log shows up empty the next, transfer feature just doesnt work on multiple occasions, no text notifications.... I shouldnt have to delete and redownload an app everytime I want to use it as advised by support. ### 2/5 — Works great when it works *2025-05-20, version 5.85.0* The app keeps crashing.
