Was ready to spend £1,534 a year on this app. To my surprise it was only £149.99. Naturally i deleted the app as I am not a povel

Took 160$ dollars from my account and would not allow me to remove my debit card info!

The reason I gave this app a 4 star is because during the 7 day free trial I removed all website passwords from my phone . 2–1/2 weeks later it’s send a email to my companion saying that I was trying to look up a app or passwords to inappropriate websites and then I got the call from them,  that what am I doing etc … and another reason is it won’t let you remove any apps once it’s downloaded. One of my music apps is tweaking and when I looked it up it said to remove app and download again , And I can’t.

Great app, loves the features. But you need to expand the blocking capabilities not just into browsers like safari. There is currently an epidemic with AI NSFW apps that are making the rounds. You need to give users the ability to block them on an individual basis as a preventative measure. Or better yet, architect a way to completely disable the App Store to prevent downloads. We need a way to brick our phones just short of making calls or texts, to curb the relapse behaviors

I've switched from Covenant Eyes to Migiri because it contains features that I find a bit more useful. I do have a couple of questions / suggestions though (This was sent as a support email, but I thought I'd drop it here too)

1. I was wondering if there was an ability to add multiple people as companions. If not,   then I suggest considering adding this ability. Being able to develop a community of fellow recoverers or accountability partners can be extremely powerful. I for one have multiple friends in mind who I'd love to have as companions.

What would be even better would be to develop some sort of social function from within the app, similar to Covenant Eyes. Then, friends would be able to see each other's progress from within the app itself (perhaps even with the ability to receive notifications) rather than having to check their email, which in all honesty is usually bloated and not checked very often by people these days, especially with the younger generation, myself included.

2. I don't quite understand the 'Protection Mode' function. 

Under 'Preferences > App Uninstall Protection > Protection Mode', I saw that you have the ability to enable a feature where your companion's approval is needed in order to disable & uninstall Migiri. However, it seems to me that this feature is essentially useless because you can just as easily switch it back to "Hard" mode & then wait the 24 hour request period. It would make more sense if, once switched to "Companion" mode, one would need the companions approval in order to switch it back to "Hard" mode. 

If this is the particular reason for not allowing multiple companions, the issue could be solved by allowing the user to assign one of their companions a sort of "primary status." This "primary" companion would be responsible for approving functions like this and any similar functions potentially added to the app in the future. 

I really hope that your developers find these suggestions compelling. This is coming from the mind of a fellow addict who's trying to improve your app for the betterment of everyone using it, which will also drive more people to switching like I have. I'd love to see a response from your team letting me know if I can hope to see anything like these suggestions in future updates or just any thoughts at all. Thank you.
