About

MigLog is a private, on-device headache and migraine diary. Record each self-reported episode with onset, duration, NRS 0–10 pain score, aura, factors present, medication, time to relief and notes. FREE DIARY • Log and edit every episode • Browse full history and a tappable calendar • Count calendar days where medication was recorded • Read urgent-symptom guidance • Export your own record as PDF or CSV • Set an optional local reminder OPTIONAL MIGLOG PRO Pro adds descriptive views: an eight-week frequency chart, factor co-occurrence counts, weekday counts and summaries of recorded relief times. These views reorganise your entries; they do not identify causes or assess whether treatment works. Available products, prices and introductory-offer eligibility are supplied by the App Store. PRIVACY Your diary is stored in the app's local database. MigLog has no account, analytics, advertising or tracking SDK. Exports leave the app only when you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. Purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. IMPORTANT MigLog is a personal diary, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, predict, or provide treatment or medication advice. Medication-day information is a discussion prompt, not a diagnosis. For new, sudden or frightening symptoms, seek medical care rather than relying on an app. Terms of Use: https://leanstudio.asia/terms-of-use Privacy Policy: https://leanstudio.asia/privacy-policy Support: support@leanstudio.asia
