I have awful chronic migraines and have recently been experiencing up to 5 attacks a week, the preventative treatment I was on was no longer helpful as I have hit peri menopause my migraines have become very tricky and working full time it’s been very difficult and worrying. This app is actually supporting me though this life transition and has helped me and my Dr find a new preventative treatment plan, early days but fingers crossed it works and tracking and monitoring using this great app is part of that prevention management strategy. ### 5/5 — Not just an App *2026-08-21, version 90.0.21027* So educational, answering questions I didn’t know I had.
