## What is Migraine Map?

Migraine Map is a private headache journal that helps you understand what tends to precede your attacks.

THE ON-DEVICE TRIGGER CORRELATOR

Migraine Map cross-references your headache logs with barometric pressure from Apple WeatherKit, sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, menstrual cycle phase, screen time, caffeine, alcohol, food, and other personal signals. After enough logs, it surfaces personal lift-ratio patterns from your own data. It is correlation, not diagnosis.

WEATHERKIT PRESSURE CONTEXT

The Today screen shows barometric-pressure context from WeatherKit so you can compare pressure swings with your own headache history. Location is used only to fetch local pressure data. Location is not stored with attack logs.

ICHD-3 PROVIDER PDF

Export a clinician-friendly PDF formatted around International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD-3) conventions: headache days, attack characterization, acute-medication days by class, triggers, and medication-overuse heads-up.

ONE-TAP LOGGING

Start a headache log quickly, then add intensity, location, aura, symptoms, likely triggers, medication, and notes later when symptoms settle.

CLUSTER AND MENSTRUAL MIGRAINE SUPPORT

KIP-scale logging, oxygen-session notes, triptan/NSAID day counts, cycle-phase context from Apple Health, and ICHD-3 headache type labels help keep a more complete record for your clinician.
