## What is Migraine Tracker?

Aura Migraine Log is a fast migraine and headache tracker built for low-effort logging during pain and clearer review later.

Log an attack in seconds, record medication timestamps, track aura/prodrome/postdrome or symptom-only days, and keep a private local history for appointments.

Key features:
- Quick migraine/headache logging
- Medication timestamps and monthly medication-day counters
- Optional 7-day barometric pressure context powered by Apple WeatherKit
- Local pressure-shift notifications if you enable them
- Aura, prodrome, postdrome, vestibular, and symptom-only day support
- Calendar history and monthly summaries
- Doctor report export for 30/60/90 day review
- Local-first privacy controls with JSON/CSV export and delete

Aura Migraine Log is a self-tracking and reporting tool. It does not diagnose, treat, predict, prevent, or cure migraine or any medical condition. Discuss symptoms, medication use, and care decisions with a qualified clinician.
