## What is Migraine Tracker?

Migraine Tracker helps you record migraine attacks, understand recurring patterns, and prepare clearer information for healthcare appointments.
In about 30 seconds, you can log where the pain occurs, peak intensity, attack duration, aura, accompanying symptoms, possible triggers, medication use, and relief over time. Your records are organized into migraine-specific charts and summaries so you can review how your attacks change.

KEY FEATURES:
Interactive 3D Head Map
Rotate the 3D head model and select the exact areas affected by pain. Record multiple regions and track peak intensity from 1 to 10.
Detailed Migraine Logging
Record the start and end time of an attack, aura, nausea, light or sound sensitivity, pain quality, daily impact, notes, and other migraine-related details.
Possible Trigger Tracking
Log factors such as sleep changes, stress, skipped meals, dehydration, caffeine changes, menstruation, bright light, screens, exercise, and weather conditions.
Medication Response
Record what you took and compare your reported relief after 30 minutes and two hours.
Weather Context
Optionally add local temperature and barometric pressure to your migraine entries to explore possible weather-related associations.
Migraine Charts and Insights
