### 4/5 — Very useful for psoriatic arthritis, one feature recommendation

*2026-08-20*

This has been a very useful app, thank you! I’d love it if I could opt out of the alert including management tips, and just get a plain alert. There’s research showing bracing yourself for pain actually makes you more sensitive to it (and this is my experience) so I’drather not be reminded of the things I might need to do to get more comfortable.

### 4/5 — Need premium

*2026-03-05*

Great app, but you can only see two days at a time if you don’t have the premium version.

### 2/5 — Kind of useless

*2026-01-10*

Others may love this app, but for me it says nearly every single day, if not every day, that the pressure is “highly unstable.” I’ve tried to learn more about this, but it seems pressure goes up and down all day, just naturally. When there’s a sudden rise or fall, those can be triggers for ppl. But it’s hard to tell what triggers my migraines when it’s always telling me it’s highly unstable.

### 5/5 — Great for Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos

*2025-08-23*

Outstanding!!! It really helps to see the graph and read what to expect for the day. The list of symptoms is most helpful , as is the ability to log your own experience. Nice work, and thank you.

### 5/5 — Saving my Autoimmune Health

*2025-07-23*

Since using this app I now have the “excuse” to take better care of myself. In the past I’ve pushed myself too hard. Reading the messages really speaks to me to slow down. Thank you so very much!!

### 3/5 — All taken care of

*2025-07-05, version 3.5.1*

I had trouble getting the product. They helped.

### 5/5 — Essential tool for pressure sensitive folks

*2025-06-23*

This app and its helpful tips are helping me understand my symptoms in relation to pressure and how to respond practically in order to best manage intense pressure changes. Every breakthrough helps me regain a bit of quality of life, thank you!!!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your kind words! Every bit of relief and clarity matters, and we're so glad to be a part of your progress.

### 5/5 — Pain Journal

*2025-06-13*

I have been dealing with some chronic health issues and had always thought that the barometric pressure was a source of some of my pain issues. I downloaded several different barometric pressure apps and this one has been my favorite one so far. I have been talking with a disability attorney and was told that I should get air start a pain diary. This app allows me to track my pain levels and also has a place to track pain levels and include some notes. I’m so glad I found this app. I only wish it was a little more affordable for me. I need to cancel some other subscriptions so that I can keep this one.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for sharing this! It means a lot to hear it's been your favorite out of the ones you tried, especially during such a challenging time.

### 5/5 — Wish you could see InHg

*2025-06-12*

Biggest complaint is it only gives you the whole number for the InHg, my doctor wants me to document it two numbers past the decimal. So this does not give me the full amount of information that I need and I could not get a refund on day 6. The charge hit day 5, I tried to cancel and could not. I do enjoy having everything in one app, its just not all the information I need.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble with the refund and the precision issue.

We’re happy to share that the latest version now includes inHg as a unit option with readings shown to two decimal places just like your doctor requires.

### 3/5 — Not Free

*2025-05-05, version 3.4.3*

This app charges for everything $2.99/month for yearly, and $3.99/month for monthly PLUS $59.99 per year to compare date historically. Three stars because the app might be good if you want to pay that much. I don’t want to do a free to find out if it’s any good because I won’t pay those prices.

### 5/5 — Always shows why my head pressure changes.

*2025-04-11*

Every time my head twinges due to pressure changes I can verify I’m not going crazier than I already am.

**Developer response:** Thanks for sharing this! We’re so glad the app helps validate what you’re feeling! You're definitely not alone, and it's great to hear Pressure Pal gives you that extra peace of mind. If there’s anything we can do to make it even more helpful, let us know!

### 4/5 — Last update

*2025-03-16, version 3.4.0*

FIXED! Dark mode has to be reset every use

### 3/5 — Last update

*2025-03-01*

Dark mode has to be reset every use

### 4/5 — UPDATE!!!! --- Subscription not worth it

*2025-02-16*

UPDATE! They changed everything I was frustrated about!! You can now track, log notes/symptoms and finally see the history!!! The only thing that could be improved is seeing trends and correlation to pressure data in the symptom log, overall though very happy with the updates & hope they keep improving over time!!!
-----------------------
I paid almost $40 for the year's subscription to help me track pressure in relation to chronic migraine and fibromyalgia flares - it does not log anything and isn't a tracker or diary. The app notifications are helpful but it's powered by apple weather.....to my surprise apple weather has the forecast for free, which was the other reason I signed up for the subscription with this app. The app pressure readings are accurate; everything else advertised is not.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for your updated review! 🎉 We're thrilled to hear that the recent changes have made the app more useful for you. Your feedback about tracking trends and correlations in the symptom log is super valuable, and we’ll definitely consider it for future improvements.

We appreciate your patience and support! Stay tuned for more updates, and let us know if there’s anything else you’d love to see! 😊

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2025-02-13*

This app just keeps getting better

**Developer response:** Thank you so much, 12alexj1299! 🎉 We love hearing that you're enjoying the updates. We're always working to make Pressure Pal even better, so stay tuned for more improvements. Let us know if there's anything you'd love to see next! 😊

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not the great

*2026-06-19*

This app isn’t that great. It constantly says the same thing. It follows Apple weather, but sometimes will say steady while Apple weather says rising or falling. The most useful thing is seeing the line is how drastically the pressure may be dropping, but Apple weather tells you that too, just not in an as clear way as this. Possibly has greater potential, but not as great as I expected it to be unfortunately.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your honest feedback! Our key feature is pressure alerts, so you don’t need to check the chart to know when a pressure drop is coming. You can also review your tracked symptoms alongside the pressure chart to see whether there may be a connection with barometric pressure.

### 1/5 — Used to be okay (free)

*2026-04-28*

But now it’s never accurate. The text below the graph says random things, like saying there’s a severe drop when it shows a stable day, or giving me notifications about something that, when I open the app, isn’t there.

Glad I didn’t have any money to pay for a subscription, because if it can’t get two days right, why would it get a week right?

**Developer response:** Thank you for your honest feedback, and I’m really sorry this has been your experience. What you’re describing definitely doesn’t sound right, especially the mismatch between the graph and the daily summary text or notifications.
The summary is generated based on detected pressure trends, so if it’s saying something different than what you see on the graph, that’s something we’d really like to investigate and fix
Could you please reach out to our support team with a bit more detail (or a screenshot if possible)? That will help us understand exactly what’s happening on your device and get it resolved quickly.

### 1/5 — They kept my money and never gave me access.

*2025-06-17*

I was excited to try this and upgraded right away. First it said I could not get the seven day free trial. Then I upgraded to a higher level and it never even acknowledged it. Beware before upgrading because it will just take your money.

### 1/5 — No Notifications

*2025-03-26, version 3.4.1*

Got this so it would warn me of drastic changes in pressure that could cause migraine, and it has not sent me a single notification. You can’t look at past logs or patterns without paying. Not worth it.

### 1/5 — Warning, for luxury high class weather readers only

*2025-02-05*

WAY too expensive - shame, because I immediately paid for a $10/year alternative even though I liked this better. You’re charging insane amounts

**Developer response:** Thanks for your honest feedback! We understand that pricing is an important factor, and we’re always working to ensure Pressure Pal provides value for those who need detailed pressure tracking.

We do offer seasonal discounts throughout the year, so you may be able to catch a lower price at certain times! If you ever decide to give us another try, we’d love to have you back. 😊

### 1/5 — Confusing

*2024-12-17, version 3.1.0*

Not helpful. I can log when I have migraines but I can’t see any data. It would be nice to see at what pressure ranges I have been experiencing headaches. Also, it doesn’t allow me to look at the pressure is different locations, which would be helpful for travel.

### 1/5 — Just a graph

*2024-11-09*

I downloaded and paid for the subscription with the understanding that I would be able to track my pain, categorize what kind of pain it is (I have lupus, so headaches, migraines, bone, and joint pain), and the level of pain. However, the only thing this app lets me do is mark a dot on todays graph to indicate pain. That’s it. You can’t indicate how long the pain lasts either. Or if you have multiple kinds of pain. I have the latest version as I just downloaded it 10 minutes ago. Very disappointing. :(

**Developer response:** Update: We finally released the more advanced tracking with duration, pain level, symptoms trackings and additional notes you might want to add. In the future update we plan to add en Export functionality, so you could share these details with your doctor.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry the app didn’t meet your needs. You’re absolutely right—our tracking feature is currently limited, but we're actively working on expanding it to include pain types, duration, and multiple entries. We appreciate your patience and support as we improve!

### 1/5 — absolute garbage.

*2024-11-05, version 3.0.2*

1. the UI is hideous and unworkable 2. the readings are incorrect. avoid this horrible app.

### 1/5 — Very glitchy

*2024-11-03, version 3.0.2*

I paid for the subscription and now can’t see the pressure for the current day- the graph area is just white. Not worth the money.

### 2/5 — 100% Accurate

*2026-08-11*

I started using Pressure Pal to help set up my daily activities about 6 months ago. I am hounded by 2 diagnosed illnesses, both of which are extremely reactive to pressure drops. I can check this App daily and plan my day … and as long as I can lay down and rest while the pressure tanks, I don’t end up with days of recovery. Pressure Pal is the very best tool I have discovered in 20 years! And, it’s 100% accurate for my situation.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Such a helpful app!

*2026-08-12*

This app has been great! I’ve been using the free version but may upgrade at some point. I’m not only tracking definite migraine headaches but also things that might indicate a migraine coming on such as extreme fatigue, dizziness, nausea. I’m fascinated that my symptoms have been correlating with significant pressure changes!

### 5/5 — Perfect for migraine awareness

*2026-06-20, version 3.7.5*

I love that this alerts me before pressure changes so I can prepare and/or prevent a migraine attack.

### 5/5 — My Go-To for Weather-Related Headaches

*2026-04-25*

I’ve been using Pressure Pal for over a year, and it’s been a game changer. It gives me a heads-up on those barometric pressure drops that used to catch me off guard. Thanks to this app, I can plan ahead, manage my sinus symptoms, and feel more in control. It’s simple, but so effective!

### 5/5 — Always confirms my suspicion

*2026-04-09, version 3.7.2*

This app is great in that whenever I get a massive headache I check it and it confirms the pressure change. I will continue to use the app.

### 5/5 — Helpful

*2026-03-14, version 3.6.11*

Helpful got migraine sufferers. Gives us a better idea of what to expect from the day/ week

### 5/5 — Headaches and barometric pressure

*2026-03-09*

I have found when the Barometric pressure drops. I get a migraine headache.
It’s good to understand the connection so when this happens l can act accordingly, rest /sleep, cold pack, hydration and pain meds if necessary.

### 5/5 — Not just Migraines

*2025-12-28*

This app has helped me decide on where to live. I used to live in a very volatile state, but was in denial, but that was what was causing. My issues. We try a new state that has less barometric pressure changes. And kept track of everything on this app. I am now moving things to this app and I feel 20 years younger. If you have Ménière’s disease or anything else that might be affected by barometric pressure please use this app and help yourself.

### 5/5 — Migraine help

*2025-12-09, version 3.6.6*

Helps me understand my migraine symptoms in alignment with the pressure.

### 5/5 — Great Daily App

*2025-11-05*

Great app to monitor your daily pressure progress. I love the graph the most with the way it shows the inclines and declines in pressure since I use it for migraines. The developer is AWESOME if you have any issues or suggestions!!

### 5/5 — Trend tracking

*2025-09-22*

This app tracks trends (shows history even from before you installed the app) so you can look back on the last time you had a migraine.
