## What is MigraineMe?

MigraineMe breaks away from the classic migraine app. Instead of looking backwards at the day a migraine already took from you, it looks forward, like a weather forecast for your head. Every morning it tells you your migraine risk for the day and what's driving it. Bad sleep, a pressure drop, low magnesium, long screens last night. The 7 day forecast makes it possible to plan your days in advance so you don't take unnecessary risk when your migraine will likely hit.

It works because it watches the things that actually matter. Connect HealthKit, Health Connect, Garmin, Oura or Polar and your sleep, heart rate, stress and recovery come in automatically. Live weather is pulled to your location because pressure swings are one of the most reliable migraine triggers there is. Link your favorite food tracking app or scan your food and the migraine ingredients get flagged for you, caffeine, tyramine, gluten, no more guessing about the aged cheese.

Smart logging. Almost everything is tracked for you in the background. The rest takes seconds. Talk to the app, type a quick message, or tap from your own list of prodromes, triggers, medicines and reliefs. Tell it "woke up with neck stiffness and took 100mg sumatriptan" and it sorts the rest. The app keeps score of your treatments too. Which medicines actually relieve your attacks, how fast, and what side effects come with them, so you stop guessing whether your rescue or your preventive is pulling its weight.

The Insights tab turns it all into something useful: what's most likely to set you off, what helps fastest, where your pain lives on a body map, how often you're getting hit. Ask MigraineMe anything in plain English and it answers from your own data. "Is my rescue med still working?" "What probably triggered yesterday?" "Should I ask my doctor about a preventive?"

When it's time to see your neurologist, the detailed PDF says it all. Frequency, treatment effectiveness, triggers, trends. The conversation finally changes. And on the days you're stuck on the couch, the community is there.

MigraineMe. Know before it hits.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 5.0.11 — 2026-08-20

Migraine Timeline: every tracked-data line now carries its own name, pinned to the line itself with a marker, so the graph stays readable however many metrics you overlay. Plus small fixes.

### 5.0.10 — 2026-08-16

Fixes from a full quality sweep of logging, notifications and reports.

• Activities you log now save. They were being rejected silently, so the app confirmed a save that never reached your account. Saves that do fail now tell you instead of reporting success.
• Notifications now arrive and appear on your iPhone. They were being sent in a form iOS could not display.
• Opening the app without a connection keeps you signed in instead of returning you to the sign-in screen, and finishing setup offline is no longer lost.
• Journal: scrolling back through your history no longer skips entries logged at the same moment, and the edit screen can no longer save a time in the future.
• Reliefs you log now record their category, so the "did it help?" follow-up reaches you reliably.
• Notification text now translates properly into all supported languages.
• Reports: accuracy figures no longer count days that have not happened yet, and the report now says when your recommendations are still being prepared rather than leaving the section out.

### 5.0.8 — 2026-08-05

Your logged attacks and periods now write back into Apple Health, so those sections fill in as soon as you connect. Plus behind-the-scenes fixes.

### 5.0.7 — 2026-07-23

Sign-in reliability: clearer messaging when our servers are briefly unavailable, and a fix so a previous error no longer lingers when switching sign-in methods.

### 5.0.6 — 2026-07-15

A gentle reminder before your free trial ends, plus a clearer screen when the trial finishes so you can keep your insights, forecasts and AI assistant without missing a beat.
