## What is MigraineMe Smart AI Tracker?

MigraineMe is a migraine and headache tracker that breaks away from the classic migraine diary. Instead of only looking backwards at the day a migraine already took from you, it helps you understand your personal patterns as they build. Every morning it shows you a personal risk estimate for the day, based on the triggers and early warning signs in your own log. Bad sleep, a pressure drop, low magnesium, long screens last night.

AN AUTOMATIC HEADACHE TRACKER
It works because it watches the things that actually matter. Link Apple Health, Garmin, Oura or Polar and your sleep, heart rate, stress and recovery come in automatically. Live weather is pulled to your location, because barometric pressure swings are one of the most commonly reported migraine triggers. Link your favourite food tracking app or scan your food, and commonly reported dietary triggers get flagged for you: caffeine, tyramine, gluten. No more guessing about the aged cheese.

A MIGRAINE DIARY THAT TAKES SECONDS
Almost everything is tracked for you in the background. The rest takes seconds. Talk to the app, type a quick message, or tap from your own list of prodromes, triggers, medicines and reliefs. Tell it "woke up with neck stiffness and took 100mg sumatriptan" and it sorts the rest. Log any headache type, aura and other symptoms, pain character, and where the pain lives on a body map.

MENSTRUAL MIGRAINE
Up to 60% of women with migraine report cycle-linked attacks. Set up your cycle once and MigraineMe predicts your period, counts cycle days as a trigger and feeds them into your daily risk, so the hormonal pattern finally becomes visible instead of a surprise.

TREATMENTS, TRACKED HONESTLY
The app keeps score of what you log about your treatments too. How your attacks compare on days with and without them, so you have clearer notes to discuss with your doctor.

A JOURNAL THAT ANSWERS BACK
The Insights tab turns your headache journal into something useful: which of your logged triggers show up most around your attacks, what you logged as helping, how often you're getting hit. Ask MigraineMe anything in plain English and it answers from your own data. "How's my sleep been lately?" "What showed up before yesterday's attack?" "Should I ask my doctor about a preventive?"

FOR YOUR NEUROLOGIST
When it's time to see your doctor, the detailed PDF report brings your migraine diary to the appointment. Frequency, logged treatments, triggers, trends. The conversation finally changes.

And on the days you're stuck on the couch, the community is there.

TRY EVERYTHING FREE
Your first 14 days include every premium feature automatically. No card details, no auto-renewal, nothing to cancel. The trial just ends, and core tracking stays free.
