Whether you are managing occasional headaches or chronic migraines, MigraInsight helps you log episodes quickly and understand how things are changing over time.

With MigraInsight, you can:
• Log current or past migraine episodes in seconds
• Track frequency, duration, intensity, pain location, triggers, notes, and medication
• Follow ongoing episodes with Live Activities support
• Review your history in a clean journal and calendar view
• Explore insights across daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly trends
• Export and import your data with CSV support
• Keep your data private, with local storage and optional iCloud sync across your Apple devices
• Use Apple Health integration for an even more connected tracking experience

MigraInsight Pro includes:
• Premium themes
• Weather snapshots for eligible new entries, including pressure and weather context
• Weather-based insights

Weather snapshots are captured only for eligible new entries when location access is available. Older logs and manually added past episodes do not include historical weather data.

Pinning - Long-press any trigger, medication, pain location, or note in the log picker to pin it to the top for quick access.

Insights - Two new cards: a Trigger Frequency chart ranking your top triggers, and a Medication Effectiveness comparison showing how episodes differ with and without medication.

Privacy Lock - Require Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode to open the app. Enable in Settings → Privacy.

Temperature Units - Switch between °C and °F in Settings → Appearance.

Bug fixes and optimizations - Trigger and medication counts now group correctly regardless of capitalisation, plus additional fixes and performance improvements.

You can now update an ongoing migraine episode without ending it.

Use the new actions menu on the Update Migraine screen to save changes while keeping the episode active, or choose Update and Finish when you’re ready to end it.

This update also fixes a bug with custom entry handling.

Fixed Apple Health syncing to export the correct headache severity, mapping scores 1-3 to Mild, 4-6 to Moderate, and 7-10 to Severe, and removed unnecessary sample metadata.
