## What is Mihnaro?

Mihnaro is the employee app for companies that use Mihnaro HR. Sign in with the account your company gave you to handle your day-to-day work tasks from your iPhone, in Arabic or English.

ATTENDANCE
• Clock in and out with one tap. Your company chooses the rules: your work location, its QR code, a selfie or office Wi-Fi.
• No connection? If your company allows it, your punch is saved securely and sent when you are back online.
• See today's shift, hours worked and your attendance history.

LEAVE AND REQUESTS
• See your leave balances and request leave by the day, half day or hour, with attachments.
• Send requests such as loans, HR letters, expenses, overtime and business trips, and follow their status.

FOR MANAGERS
• Approve or reject leave and requests from your team, with a note.

YOUR INFORMATION
• Payslips (with PDF), your documents and your profile.
• The company directory: call or email a colleague.
• Tasks assigned to you, announcements with photos and files, and instant notifications.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• Unlock with Face ID or Touch ID.
• Your sign-in is kept in the iPhone's Keychain, and the app keeps no personal data on the phone beyond what it needs.
• Where your company requires live location for field work, the app tells you clearly, shows when it is sharing, and shares only during the hours your company sets (for example while you are clocked in).
• Ask for your account to be deleted from Settings at any time.

Mihnaro needs an account from your employer. If your company doesn't use Mihnaro yet, visit mihnaro.com.
