The Marriott International Associate’s Headquarters App (MIHQ Associate App) is the mobile app to enable Marriott International associates to interact with their new smart building so they can have a productive and rewarding workday. To reinforce the work-life balance for Marriott International's hybrid workforce, the MIHQ App will allow associates to book workspaces and meetings rooms for when they choose to come in. MIHQ’s parking system will allow Associates driving to campus to register their car and see available space count across our tower basement garage and our county leased garage across the street (county leased garage has time limitations). For an even more efficient day and an opportunity to enjoy all the wonderful spaces in the building, Associates can order food in advance from the Hot Shoppe, pick it up and enjoy it any of the spaces, like the rooftop garden patio! For Associates to share their MIHQ experience and conduct business, the MIHQ App allows them to invite and manage guests and be alerted when their guests arrive so they can escort them to their meetings. Whether Associates are in the building or working from home, they will be able to keep up with the events around the building and corporate communications with the MIHQ App's Associate Feed.
