I definitely was not happy about how long it took for someone to respond but now that I know it takes an extra allotted time frame to communicate, I just know to practice more patience. Overall my questions and concerns were addressed and I received the care I was hoping to find. Definitely still working through some kinks, but overall a great service. ### 2/5 — Prescription is great, shipping is not *2025-12-09* I received my prescription 9 days ago but still have not received the package in the mail. The app might be good for tracking moles, etc. but if you plan on using their telehealth services, prepare to be disappointed. ### 1/5 — Misleading *2023-11-28* No free access **Developer response:** Hi Thank you for your feedback although I'm sorry to hear you were dissappointed with the app. Like many other apps, the Miiskin app has both a Basic (free) version and a premium version of the app, which contains extra features. It’s always been tricky, but now the coin outline turns green then immediately turns red if i take a picture ### 4/5 — Upload photo option missing *2023-01-11* Wish we could add photo of medical cards from our photos on our phone. **Developer response:** Hi Thank you for writing in with your review. With a premium subscription it is possible to upload photos from your Photos app on your iPhone. Miiskin Support ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not free *2026-07-28, version 1.133.1* Not free ### 1/5 — No way to contact a person *2026-06-16* I paid for a consult, the doc made a prescription and never sent it to the pharmacy and left town for a month and there’s nobody to contact in the meantime. There is no customer support, no help line, no phone number, no way to message anyone but the app tech support people and they could not even understand my question let alone answer it. ### 1/5 — Waste of time and money *2026-06-09* I started a request for a consultation on May 30 and it did not take long for the “doctor” to respond but I did notice it was the middle of the night. She could not fill my script for compounded medication through their preferred pharmacy so just filled scripts that I told her I already have. She then said that I needed to find a pharmacy to fill what I was requesting. I did since she apparently would not check the database of pharmacies herself as a doctor/clinician. The script was sent but when the pharmacy had a question, they were not responded to. I could no longer reach out to this doctor without paying more because she only ever sent responses between 11:30PM-1:30AM and that quickly ate up my 3 day window for communicating. I reached out to support and after several days of trying to get help and answers from them I am giving up. My request was for a lower dose of medication that I was already taking. Nothing crazy or unheard of. This was an abysmal experience and one I will never repeat. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional and lack of empathy feom provider *2026-06-08* Dr. Sarita Nori, the doctor who reviewed my case showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Furthermore, she attempted to prescribe medications that were entirely unnecessary for my condition, causing me a great deal of distress and distrust in your service. As a patient, I expected a careful, empathetic evaluation, not an automated or aggressive prescription push (prednisone for a heat rash?) Poor quality of care. Do not recommend! ### 1/5 — Useless on iPhone17 *2026-05-29* App is useless on my new iPhone17 as it does not support the macro mode of the iPhone camera any longer. ### 1/5 — No refunds or cancellations *2026-05-02* I sent a consultation to a provider and I ended up not needing it so I tried to cancel it and it's impossible. There are no options for cancellation once it's requested. So as soon as the provider messaged me I asked her for one and she said since the "consultation started" I can't get a refund. What the actual heck. She didn't even answer any questions or anything. Horrible app, such a scam. ### 1/5 — Wtf? U can’t cancel ur subscription? *2026-02-28* This is the shadiest shir ever ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-01-23* No one is answering my questions and I received nothing for medication or prescription- it was only suggested what might work. This app needs to explain also that they do not allow you to have real conversations like you would if you were in an office setting which seems very potentially harmful if you’re restricted on information exchanges. ### 1/5 — Horrible system *2026-01-08* So my physician apparently dropped out, which blocked me from using the app and service at all. It’s not set up to simply assign a new physician - they don’t offer that. The support team wrote ‘don’t worry - we’ll just reset your account.’ Except they didn’t. I recommend finding a reputable online service. This is not it. ### 1/5 — Je me suis fait avoir *2025-12-29* En fait cette application sert à photographier et suivre l’évolution des grains de beauté. Évidemment c’est sur abonnement et plus vous avez de suivis plus ça dure et plus vous payez. Ne vous attendez pas à une information quelconque sur la photo du premier grain de beauté que vous envoyez, vous n’aurez rien. Very professional. Communication is excellent. They answer all your questions and so there is no confusion. They are very proficient in diagnosing what you have and giving you a plan of action. They help you with prescriptions to eliminate the issue. They also sent you a summary about everything that happened and what was said and the conclusions on why we came to those conclusions and on and on If all services could be like this one, we would be in a much better world ! ### 5/5 — Great App *2024-08-16* I was recommended this app when I attended a ‘skin school’ run by MacMillan, as I have sooo many moles I couldn’t tell if I got a new one. I love the comparison photos, and the fact you can take one of your whole body or focus on a particular mole. Not sure how easy this would be but it would be great if it could have a built in ruler feature for the photos as depending on the distance you take the photo from the mole obviously distorts the size. ### 5/5 — Scam *2024-07-10, version 1.113.0* Had the provider say they would send a prescription to my pharmacy. They never did. After waiting a while for the provider to send it in, the app would not let me message them without spending an extra 25 dollars. When I submitted a support ticket an automated message said they won’t get to it for several days.
