Nieuwe IOS, opnieuw geen mobiel. Morgen opnieuw naar die winkel. Nog nooit zo een zooitje gezien **Developer response:** Toch bedankt voor je review! Ik kan dit niet helemaal koppelen aan de werking van onze MijnKPN app maar we hanteren inderdaad over het algemeen wel een minimale opzegtermijn van 1 maand. Is this even legal? ### 1/5 — NO HELP FOR ENGLISH USERS *2024-05-08, version 6.22.2* I purchased an E-Sim over five hours ago and have not received an email, nor have I been able to go anywhere to download it. I have been trying all day to get in contact with any type of customer service for this company, and none is available since I am outside of the Netherlands. The only “help” they have is an AI bot that does not help you if you do not speak Dutch, or do not have a Netherlands phone number. Tried my credit card, PayPal nothing works!! Absolutely worthless and frustrating! Also your “KPN Prepaid app” is useless. Ik zou het wel handig vinden of duidelijk.
