Ich bin extrem begeistert von der einfachen Funktionsweise und dass es selbst in unserer kleinen Ortschaft Angebote gibt. Ich hatte 2 mal mit dem Support zu tun, beide Male wurde mir sofort geholfen. Bei einem von mir verursachten Schaden wurde mir nichts berechnet und unglaubliche Kulanz gezeigt. Vor dem besagten Termin bekommt man eine Mail das der Bus jetzt anders vergeben worden ist und unsere Buchung einfach auf ein 50 Kn entfernen Standort umgebucht ist. Da wir nur 80 km in die andere Richtung fahren wollten für uns uninteressant. Auf die Mail kann man nicht antworten da sie gesperrt ist. Sucht euch einen besseren Anbieter, dieser ist nicht zuverlässig. ### 2/5 — Prüfung des Fahrzeugs *2023-09-07* Wie soll man den Innenraum des Fahrzeugs prüfen ob neue bzw. weitere Schäden im Innenraum sind wenn man das Auto erst öffnen kann indem man bestätigt das es keine weiteren Schäden gibt? ### 1/5 — Jeden Tag ein Update macht die App unbrauchbar *2021-01-21* Jeden Tag ein Update ist leider nicht zumutbar. Immer wenn man es braucht, muss man erst ein Update runterladen. ### 4/5 — Eine App mit Potential *2019-05-15* Die Mikar App macht erstmal das, wofür sie auch gedacht ist: schnell und einfach Carsharing Autos mieten. Buchungen sind schnell eingepflegt, das Auto ist schnell aufgeschlossen und los geht die Reise. Es gibt nur ein Paar Dinge, die leider schade sind: - Eine Registrierung ist nur am Computer möglich - Buchungen können nur storniert, aber nicht bearbeitet werden (funktioniert mit der Desktop Variante) - Vergangene Buchungen können nicht eingesehen werden - Schäden müssen nicht zwingend mit einem Foto belegt werden (wodurch man eine 1cm-Delle ewig sucht) Aber ich denke die Jungs und Mädels von Mikar werden ihr bestes tun, ein super Produkt weiter auszubauen 🙂 ## Frequently asked questions about Mikar ### What is Mikar used for?
