So I contacted Meiko customer service and they sent me a new one. They worked well and diligently with me to make sure I got a working Miko robot. My son has so much fun with the robot now and it is very educational for him. I love this little robot with so much personality. It’s great for him to interact with. He trust her lots. because when he is sad, he can talk to her, even though she is used she’s still a very powerful asset to his robot family. My son instantly is in love with her we had to contact the Miko team because when we got her, she was faulty and did not work properly because when my son said her name, she showed the Internet error screen my son figured out how to work her. when he said hello Miko and he loves to ask her questions because he knows she’ll have the answer. Plus, he loves to have her hang out with his friendSo I’m leaving a good review on my sons iPad because he loves to just talk to her and he loves to learn he is in fourth grade and still loves robots.
