It's very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Doesn't load *2016-08-26, version 1.2* This app only works randomly. I can rarely get to my schedule because it doesn't load the staff. Once in awhile it will but again, it's very random and I end up having to call work, defeating the entire purpose of the app. ### 2/5 — PLEASE UPDATE *2016-05-26* Great concept but it needs some tweaking. Would like to have the option to swipe to the next day instead of having to go back and enter a new date. And lately it keeps crashing and takes me back to the home screen. When it occasionally works it will crash, when it isn’t crashing it doesn’t work. Adding a new client? We’ll have fun doing it 10 times over to still not have it actually in the system. Try and send a report so that it can be addressed from the app? Nope no option on there to do that. Disgusted at the abysmal programming that seems like it was put together by a toddler and is held together with chewing gum at best. Don't push something unless it works!! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — It’s a great app *2019-11-20, version 2.4* Okay so finally we get the app and it’s not perfect but if you learn it’s quarks it’s totally able to do what you want it to. I’m not perfect and I still have lots of friends... 😘 You can book apts check your schedule and get the clients info to communicate with them. Thanks Milano ### 4/5 — Love it *2014-11-19* Love this app, very convenient and no problems so far! Only thing is that the app will not remember my sign-in info. Gets frustrating when you have a long e mail and password. Please fix this in the next update! Other than that, this is a great app. ### 3/5 — Love it ! But ... *2015-10-06* I love this app. But, I wish it was a little more user friendly for effective booking behind the change. "Multi" appointments, swiping from day to day, moving appointments from day to day. I’m thinking of switching to a more reliable salon software company:( ### 2/5 — Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. *2019-12-27* Not really happy with this app. It’s a hit or miss when I check the schedule, sometimes it doesn’t load after I log in. Which is frustrating because then what is the point of having this app? I can see the bookings but not what services and the clients name doesn’t come up fully. ### 2/5 — Improvements *2019-10-08* Would be nice to be able to swipe from day to day through the week, rather than have to re-select the date the date to load the next day. Very tedious for booking clients, or telling them what you have available. Also, would be nice to have a "multi" option when booking in services, instead of having to look up the client again when booking say, color and cut and treatment. ### 2/5 — Not the best... *2018-06-30* Would be nice to be able to see the client’s full name without having to enter “edit” menu. Would also be nice to see the service titles instead of/in addition to the service codes. Would also be nice to be able to book clients beyond 8:15 because of the thin gray bar at the bottom of the screen that covers those last time slots.
