Evening after more than 10 days of order, No clue when it will ship, if it will ship! Visited store also to check status but they are also not helpful.
Customer support doesn’t reply on email, even manager of customer support doesn’t reply on email!

Connecting with customer support is very difficult on phone as its busy most of time. Even if connected, they are very rude and not helpful!
They don’t have any estimates ot deadline to ship the order.

Completely mess. Avoid ordering if want to avoid unnecessary stress!

الفرع بما انك طالبه اونلاين ماعنده الامكانيه انه يخدمك الا عن طريق ارسال ايميل والانتظار للاسترجاع فقط ولايمكنه تغيير المقاس.

متجر جميل جداً الجودة كويسة مررره والتغليف آمن وجاني الطلب مو ناقص شيء بس انا طالب قبل العيد ب٢٠ يوم تقريباً وجاء العيد وماوصلني وخدمة العملاء سيئة جداً كلمتهم فوق ١٠ مرات وكل مره يعطوني كلام ورحت للفرع الي في الرياض بارك وفي بنت موظفه كلمتها عن الموضوع وفادتني الحمدلله وقالوا لي انها وصلت ورحت استلمتها واشكر البنت مرره مررره ماقصرت واعطية ٤ نجوم عشان خدمة العملاء
