Una volta arrivati gli abiti (se così si possono definire) erano totalmente diversi da quelli rappresentati in foto, assolutamente non conformi ne a livello di materiare ne come finiture. A quel punto ho contattato immediatamente l’assistenza clienti che facendomi perdere una marea di tempo, alla fine mi hanno consigliato di effettuare il reso (chiaramente a mio carico). Quindi, visto che il rimborso totale superava i €300 ho accettato. Il finale?mi hanno rispedito il pacco indietro bloccando anche l’indirizzo di posta elettronica al quale scrivevo i miei complain. Assurdo..oltre il danno anche la beffa. Volví a mandar 2 mail más diciendo que quería cancelar el pedido y no hubo respuesta. Llegue o no el vestido, estafa. Si en la política de empresa pone que puedo cancelar el pedido porque no dais opción? Y por qué solo contestáis lo que os interesa? Der wiederum wollte mir nach Rücksprache mit seinem Team weiß machen, dass ich Filter nutze und die Aufnahmeumgebung nicht die Beste sei. Wenn ich Bilder hier hochladen könnte, würde man sehen dass es sich um Tageslichtbilder handelt. Den Rückversand müsst ihr eigenständig zahlen. Da es in China liegt habe ich für die Rückversendung über 200 Euro gezahlt. Auch die Anlieferubg musste ich zahlen. Na CH der Rücksendung haben die mir plötzlich zusätzliche fette Gebühren geschlagen und verlangen irgendwelche Zusatzkosten von mir plus den Versand den ich ja angeblich beim hintransport nicht gezahlt hätte, daweil habe ich ihn beim bestellen schon bezahlt!!! That does not look like the picture. I ordered a green fur coat in a large and I did not get the large and when I got the coat it look like a dusty robe they refuse to let me return the coat. I tried to reach out to them the day I received the coat and they said is no way for them to send me a label. I will have to return it on my own pay for shipping the only thing they offer was to give me 20% back and I have to pay for a coat that I have to throw away because it’s not wearable do not shop with them.
