wow this app is bad. hard to set default store, hard to add coupon, hard to add to order without starting over, store phone number isn’t even listed with the store - I never did get to the payment section

The app is one of the worst I have used for ordering food.  Who ever programmed it could have simplified it a bit especially when selecting toppings and flavored crust options.

I like using the apps but it doesn’t have the tracking option and when you enter your phone number to find latest order it shows nothing. Ordering it’s great but rest nope.

I believe adding a way to check the status of your pizza would improve it, much like Dominos does. When I got the confirmation email, it didn’t have an estimated completion time, so I had to call. Also I experience glitches.

Angel: your customer service was great. When I called in my order I was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I was actually on my way when I placed the order. I pulled up to the store and was sitting there waiting for time to pass and Angel came to my vehicle to ask what I ordered and I told her she went back into the store and bought it out to me. I was just sitting there waiting passing time and I could have just went inside and waited. Thanks Angel for the excellent customer service.

I just got this app and I was sceptical. Read some of the reviews and they are outdated. They put a lot of work into fixing their app, and it should be recognized. Very easy to navigate the menu, checkout, and keep tabs on your order. Will be using the app again sometime!
