## What is Mile Zero?

Quitting weed or taking a t-break? Turn it into a road trip.

Mile Zero is a weed break tracker for adults. Pause cannabis for a week or a few to reset your tolerance, or leave it behind for good. Every day is one stop on a real American highway, with a postcard waiting for you.

TWO WAYS TO DRIVE
• Take a break: pick Route 66, Pacific Coast Highway or Blue Ridge Parkway and choose how long, from 7 to 21 days.
• Quit for good: the Long Haul has no finish line. When one route ends, the next one starts, and your days clear keep counting. Milestones at 30, 60, 90, 180 and 365 days. Already stopped? Tell us when, and your count starts from that day.

A POSTCARD AT EVERY STOP
Every evening a postcard arrives from a real place on your route: a story about the town, an idea for the evening, and a tip for when a craving hits. Stamp it, and it goes into your passport. Your body card shows what many people notice on that day of a break.

REST STOP CHECK-IN
Rate your sleep, mood and cravings in a few taps. Tag what set a craving off and how your body feels, and see what came up over the trip.

PULL OVER WHEN IT GETS HARD
A 10-minute plan for a craving: move, breathe, then ride it out. Your days clear keep counting.

TOOK AN EXIT? THAT'S A DETOUR
Slips happen. Log it, keep your route, and get back on the on-ramp. No guilt trips.

ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN
See today's stop and your days clear on widgets and the Lock Screen, and get a gentle reminder when your postcard is ready.

SHARE THE ROAD
Share your day, your finish or your days-clear counter as a clean card for Stories. Only your route and your time, nothing else.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no sign-up, no ads
• Your trip stays on your phone and in your own phone backup
• Optional app lock with Face ID, fingerprint or your device PIN
• Delete everything with one tap

EXPRESS LANE
Your first trip down Blue Ridge Parkway is free, one time. Express Lane unlocks every route, as many trips as you want, the Long Haul, a new route every month and your full trip history. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; manage or cancel them in your store account settings.

Mile Zero is for adults 18+. It's a self-tracking tool, not medical advice. It doesn't sell, promote or help anyone get cannabis.

### 5/5 — Awesome concept

*2026-10-26*

I love the concept and it’s simplicity

**Developer response:** Thank you! Keeping it simple is the whole idea: one stop a day, nothing to set up. The next update swaps the postcards for real photos of each stop and adds an open-road mode for longer breaks. Safe travels!

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-28

• Quit for good: the Long Haul has no finish line. Routes run one after another, with milestones at 30, 60, 90, 180 and 365 days.
• Choose your trip length: Route 66 in 11 days, or anything from 7 to the full route.
• Check-in tags: what set a craving off and how your body feels.
• Pull over is now a 10-minute plan: move, breathe, ride it out.
• Share your days-clear counter straight from Home.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-23

Your reason, in your own words. Trip setup now asks "What's this break for?" Your answer comes back when a craving hits, when you take an exit, and at the finish. Add or change it anytime in Settings. Only you can see it.

New stamps. Every stop gets a round stamp with its state's outline in that state's own ink, and the finish gets a gold ARRIVED stamp.

Your route now draws itself on the map, stop by stop.

"You took an exit" is clearer: your trip day and stamps stay, only days clear start over.

Got a promo code? Redeem it from the first screen. Questions? Contact support from the Express Lane screen.

Fixed: days clear could get stuck at 0s after the phone's clock was changed.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-22

Finishing a trip now leads somewhere. Pick your next route right from the finish line, or head back home.

New in 1.0.1:
• Trip reports. Tap any past trip in your passport to see its stamps, check-ins, notes and charts. Tap a stamp to reopen that city's postcard.
• Routes, any time. A new Routes button on Home shows where you are on the map and every route coming next.
• "Your body today." Each postcard for the first two weeks has one line on what tends to change around that day of a break.
• Your clear time is big and easy to read on Home.
• A new first screen and buttons that stay in place, so you never scroll to find the next step.

Fixes:
• No more duplicate Live Activities after changing the date on your phone.
• Changing the postcard time in Settings now asks for notifications instead of looping back.
• The "21 days" headline on share cards is no longer cut off.
• Smoother return from Pull over.
