## What is Mileage?

Your car has an odometer. Your body doesn't until now.

Mileage reads four systems using your iPhone's own sensors and Apple Health, and turns them into one number: your body age. No account, nothing leaving your phone. About 60 seconds, start to finish.

You get a single body-age number, a breakdown by system so you can see what's carrying you and what's lagging, a trend line as you retest, and a simple weekly plan to move the number.

BUILT ON ONE PRINCIPLE: PRIVACY
Nothing you measure ever leaves your iPhone. Motion and Health reads are processed on-device and never uploaded. The only network connection in the entire app is to manage your subscription.

MAINTENANCE, NOT PUNISHMENT
Mileage measures wear, not appearance. No red "bad" score, no weight, no diet - just a clear, comparable reading you can act on and watch improve.

The level dot now moves freely in every direction and starts centred whatever angle you hold the phone at, so keeping it on target genuinely reflects how steady you are.

REACTION
The go signal now fills the entire screen impossible to miss, impossible to tap outside. The prompts are larger, and your time now appears above the card instead of on top of it.

TAP SPEED
The ten-second window is now timed against the system clock, so every reading is measured over exactly ten seconds.
