Mileage Log Buddy helps you keep business, private, and commuting trips organized. Start a trip manually or use assisted GPS recording, then add its purpose, business contact, route, and odometer reading with a clear, guided workflow.

TRACEABLE BY DESIGN

Changes are recorded in an audit log. A chained SHA-256 checksum supports integrity checks across your records. Data quality, corrections, and raw GPS points remain reviewable without silently replacing the original trip.

EXPORTS FOR YOUR RECORDS

Create PDF, CSV, and JSON exports or a combined package for your tax adviser or an audit. Record vehicle expenses and attach related receipts directly in the app.

PRIVACY WITHOUT DETOURS

Mileage Log Buddy includes no ads, tracking, or analytics SDKs. Your data stays on your device and, when enabled by you and available, in your private iCloud storage. Encrypted backups let you save and restore a complete copy of your data yourself.
