Mileage Mule is the tireless trip tracker that works while you drive — no tapping required.

Leave your phone in your pocket. Mileage Mule detects when you start driving and logs your trip automatically. When you arrive, you'll get a quiet notification. Once a week, open the Log tab and tag trips as Business or Personal in seconds.

IRS-COMPLIANT RECORDS
Every trip log includes the date, miles, start and end locations, and business purpose — exactly what the IRS requires for mileage deductions. Export to CSV for spreadsheets or a formatted text report for printing and reimbursement.

MANUAL LOGGING
Prefer to log trips yourself? Add trips manually with date, time, miles, odometer readings, locations, and business notes.

VEHICLE MANAGEMENT
