## What is Mileage Reimbursement Log?

Mileage Reimbursement Log helps employees and solo operators keep manual work-mile records, reusable route notes, and reimbursement-ready CSV exports without GPS tracking or account setup.

Use it to:
- manually log one-way or round trips in seconds
- tag miles to a client, territory, property, or project
- save repeat routes for weekly visits and field calls
- keep a default mileage rate per project and override it when needed
- review month and year totals before reimbursement or tax prep
- export a CSV trip log from the Trips tab
