This app offers much more refined and more flexible options and features than the others. I’ve been a user for two years and one tax season. It’s not even close IMHO. I had a few tomes the app didn't record my trip but an app update fixed that. Two things I hate about it: 1. I drive around to the same addresses every week but for some reason the app keeps adding new addresses. ei: 123 Example Dr. and then adds 123 Example Drive. So I have 5+ listings for each address. I used to type in the name of the business but it just adds another form of the same address. Now I just let it go. 2: WTH are these “tokens” and why do I keep getting logged out due to them expiring?? I’ve tried other mileage tracking app but they were either too difficult to manage, had excessive feature which I didn’t need, or had too little features for my needs. This app allows me to easily track my work mileage without me having to remember to start the app, though there in the settings, users can select the option to manually start/stop the mileage tracking app. I like that I can easily gather the relevant information I need to submit my mileage to my employer for reimbursement and also have info at the ready for my CPA when it comes to tax filing season. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Frustrating to use. *2025-11-03, version 33.5* This is the most cumbersome and non user- friendly app I have ever used. Drove 117 miles yesterday and made several brief stops. It tracked 61 miles. The app is very clunky and not user friendly. They also want too much private information for any company. If you don’t give them all this info you can’t use and it not free even for basic use. Even giving all this info even though it was fake it still froze and would not move forward to the next step.I gave up. Also these reviews crack me up. They are like an ads for the app not reviews. Trust me no construction contractor writes like that. **Developer response:** Hi there, We only ask for info that our program needs in order to provide a 100% IRS-Proof mileage log for you, we do not ask for any unnecessary info. Every user has a 14-day trial period for free, we don't even ask for any credit card info, so what you're saying about not having a free option is simply not true. If you're experiencing any malfunctions, you're welcome to send it over to us, we fix these issues pretty quickly, our development team fix issues really quickly. For example I had a trip with 42 stops but the app only shows 23 for that day.
